We have structural walls and aluminium frames in our showroom! Massive excitement today when I took the two kids on site and explored the new space. It is coming along so quickly, considering we only starting talking about it with the owner of the space two months ago! The owner also happens to be my husbands sister and her husband. We will be co-sharing the space with them (SOS Screens/Clearshield NT) and so far it is looking great! It is such a massive area, plenty of room for us to both have a reception and showroom area, an office and a shared boardroom.

The electrical work is almost complete, then the ceiling panels will go up and we can start getting the walls ready to paint. I'm nervously excited, as we haven't done any form of renovating since 2014 so it may take me a little while to get my groove back with painting walls....

It is all happening on level 2 of The Avenue, 12 Salonika Street in Parap. I will seriously feel like a new woman working in this space. Ample car space, no loud machinery or saws cutting stone, multiple cafes on my door step. Lush gardens and so close to the city. A massive change from our Winnellie workshop! We will still be operating in Winnellie of course, it will be our main manufacturing hub and our showroom there will remain open. Of course we will be encouraging folks to visit me in the new showroom, it is just a thousand times nicer than our original one in Winnellie!
